A super clean room with great views and all the comforts you need. the price was £67, which was reasonable. the location was spot-on, being close to all the shops in a pretty quiet area. Plus, there's a Shopping Centre just 2 km away! 🛍️

We loved the location of this place, just outside the town but within a few minutes walk. the owner, Geraldine, was so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. the property was clean and comfortable, and we felt right at home. Breakfast was excellent, and the cup of tea upon arrival was a nice touch.
We felt totally relaxed during our stay at this wonderful place, no complaints whatsoever.

The cleanliness was outstanding - everything was spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially appreciated the comfortable rooms and the hot showers. The location was perfect - just outside the town but within easy walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to assist us with anything we needed. Breakfast was excellent and provided a great start to our day.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The place was so clean and comfy, made me feel right at home. Also, loved the location, just a short walk to town and all the action. Plus, the owner was super friendly and helpful, always there when you needed something. a great place to stay.
Honestly, nothing too bad to say. Maybe just wish there was more variety in the breakfast options.

I recently stayed at a charming bed and breakfast just outside of town. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. The owner, Geraldine, was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was clean and cozy, and there was even a lovely cup of tea waiting for me upon arrival. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast each morning. I had a wonderful experience at Brookville Manor and would highly recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The hostess was incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering us a cup of tea upon arrival. After a long night flight and a day of sightseeing, it was a delight to come back to a comfortable room and take a refreshing shower. The location is perfect, just a short drive from shops and the main street, yet tucked away in a peaceful and quiet area. The owner went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even staying up late to accommodate our late arrival. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

I keep going back for the friendly staff and the comfy rooms. They even helped me return my earphones! It has all I need - Wi-Fi, airport shuttle, flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. Perfect for a romantic escape.
